Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University and an Associate Degree in General Sciences from Parkland College. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University and an Associate Degree in General Sciences from Parkland College. He is certified as a Wound Specialist and Infection Preventionist. With over 12 years of professional nursing experience, Wayne has served as CEO for Villa Holistic Caregivers, Heavenly Angels Caregivers, and Prestige Nursing Homecare. His roles have included Nurse Consultant in skilled and long-term care facilities, home health, and wound care in the Chicagoland area.
Wayne has previously held positions such as Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Nursing Supervisor, and Floor Nurse, with extensive experience across various hospital departments including medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, cardiology, pulmonary and ventilator care, dialysis, wound care, geriatrics, and home health.
Wayne is highly regarded in the healthcare industry for developing and leading programs in psychotropic management, infection control, cardiac care, fall prevention, pain management, respiratory care, and wound care. He is also renowned for assisting facilities in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations through his nurse consultancy and auditing programs.

Maureen is a professional nurse who graduated from Oakton Community College and holds certifications in Dementia and COVID-19 care. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has worked extensively with the geriatric population in hospitals, skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living facilities, and home health.
Maureen has held leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer for Villa Holistic Caregivers, Mungeli Home Care, and Prestige Nursing Homecare. Her expertise includes nurse consulting, coordinating and managing COVID-19 clinics, assessing and stabilizing high-acuity patients, leading rapid response and code blue emergencies, and developing comprehensive, individualized care plans. She also has experience supervising a diverse team, including nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, restorative staff, and housekeeping personnel.
